All of our therapists are licensed to practice psychotherapy independently and under the supervision of a clinical supervisor in New Jersey. Each clinician takes advanced training and supervision to supplement the efficacy of their specialty.

Most likely, Yes. We work with clients to match a therapist who fits their needs and goals for therapy. This is typically discussed during a screening call followed by a virtual e-meet or phone call to determine the best fit.

Play Therapy- Utilizes play to allow children to express feelings, explore relationships, and solve problems in a therapeutic setting.

Behavioral Therapy- Focuses on modifying harmful behaviors through reinforcement techniques and behavior modification strategies

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy- Aims to change negative thought patterns and behaviors by identifying and challenging distorted beliefs.

Client-centered therapy emphasizes a nondirective, empathetic approach in which the therapist unconditionally regards the client's efforts to facilitate self-discovery and growth.

Sand Play Therapy- uses a sandbox and miniature figures to create scenes that reflect a client’s inner thoughts, feelings, and struggles.

Solution-Focused Therapy Concentrates on identifying and leveraging clients' strengths and resources to find solutions to specific problems quickly.

Expressive Arts Therapy- combines creative modalities like art, music, and movement to help clients express emotions and explore nonverbal experiences.

Therapists track progress using standardized instruments such as rating scales and questionnaires. We also apply structured observations of targeted behavior and listen to client feedback regarding how they think and feel the treatment is going.

You can expect a supportive environment where we work together to explore your concerns. Each session will focus on your goals, whether that’s managing stress, improving relationships, or working through past trauma.

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. Everything you share with me stays private, with a few exceptions, such as if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others. I’ll explain these exceptions in detail during our first session. If you, the client, want us to share information with a resource, we will require a signed release of records.
